Automated Invoice Management System for Retail

Let RetailBasics take care of customer invoicing for you

Easily create and send invoices to your customers

With RetailBasics you can create and send customer invoices within seconds. Choose products from your product inventory, add quantities and adjust sell prices if you wish. Or if you don't catalogue your products, just create ad-hoc invoices for any amount.

Track Accounts Receivable and payments at store and business level

Any invoices you issue to your customers result in Accounts Receivable entries on your books. You can assign invoices to individual stores for better visibility of store performance. RetailBasics advanced bank reconciliation features will automatically link bank deposit transactions that match outstanding invoice amounts and update A/R records accordingly.

Send reminders automatically

RetailBasics can be configured to send reminder notices for outstanding payments according to your own preferences. Before the due date, on due date, and/or any number of days after the due date.

RetailBasics was designed from the ground up to cater for retail businesses with multiple outlets. No need to group income and expenses from multiple businesses. RetailBasics gives you complete visibility of the performance of your whole business, as well as each of your stores individually.

RetailBasics is different to other Retail Business Management software because it deals with not only day to day business activities, but also back end functions like bookkeeping and accounting, product management, and inventory management. And because you've probably invested time and money in setting up your cloud Point of Sale system to suit your needs, RetailBasics integrates with popular software services like Square to collect takings data and synchronise product information.

And if you decide not to continue, you'll still have read-only access to your data for a further 30 days, and you'll be free to export all of your data in spreadsheet form so you can reuse it elsewhere.

RetailBasics currently integrates with Square POS (Terminal, Register, and Stand) for both trading figures and product synchronization. We integrate with Vend POS for trading figures. If your POS system operates in standalone mode and does not offer any Web Application Programming Interface, it cannot be integrated and will need to be treated as standalone, where trading figures and product details are transferred manually. On the other hand, if you use a cloud POS system that is not currently supported, drop us a line and we'll let you know if we're planning to add an integration for it in a future release.
